We’re here for you.

You can check in at any time. In the B&Bs we welcome you in person until 12:30–1:00 pm, in the Apartments until 3:00 pm. If you arrive later, on the morning of your arrival we send you instructions with all the information you need to let yourself in: you can enter your room at any time of day or night, without waiting for anyone.

Check-out by 10:30 am. On request, we can store your luggage for free all day, so you’re free to enjoy Palermo.

Carella is within the perimeter of Palermo’s ZTL (limited traffic zone), so there’s no problem reaching us by car. For more details, see the City website: comune.palermo.it

• All around the building there are paid spaces with blue lines (€1/hour until 8:00 pm, with a free break 2:00–4:00 pm).
• About 400 m away you can park for free on Via Castello.
• If you prefer a private covered and guarded garage, 300 m from the B&B there are two options (€18–25 depending on car size, open 24/7): Garage Welcome · Garage Maggio
